OUR PASTORAL NETWORKS

These networks are designed for Senior and Lead Pastors primarily. They are designed to help senior leaders come together in a specific geographic area in our city.  We help facilitate regular times of learning and opportunities to share the difficult parts of ministry that weigh on senior leaders. Our focus is on the relational unity and pastoral health of our leaders because we know that when those two things are working well our churches can begin to function as one body.

We operationalize our networks around the four primary themes of Christ’s holistic mission as revealed in the Scriptures. These “Four Greats” (The Great Commandment, The Great Compassion, The Great Commission, and The Great Collaboration) help frame how the Church of Greater Charlotte can Love, Serve, and Make Disciples Together. Every FORCLT network aligns with one of these “Greats.”
