OUR AFFINITY NETWORKS

FORCLT’s affinity networks were born out of more than a decade of trust cultivated through our citywide Pastoral Networks and a growing unity among the Church in Greater Charlotte. As this trust deepened, church, non-profit, civic & business leaders began to approach FORCLT with shared passions or positions, asking for help in connecting with others who carried the same burden. In response, we helped launch and support these unique, mission-driven affinity networks. Today, our affinity networks unite leaders around passion or position, creating space for collaboration, prayer, and action that advance the flourishing of our city through the power of relationship.

PASSION: Gathering church, non-profit, civic & business leaders to address the most pressing realities in our city collaboratively.
POSITION: Gathering leaders with the same ministry roles for mutual encouragement, shared learning, and collaborative mission.

We operationalize our networks around the four primary themes of Christ’s holistic mission as revealed in the Scriptures. These “Four Greats” (The Great Commandment, The Great Compassion, The Great Commission, and The Great Collaboration) help frame how the Church of Greater Charlotte can Love, Serve, and Make Disciples Together. Every FORCLT network aligns with one of these “Greats.”
