The Forum at Hope Haven | Your Leadership Operation System Workshop
June 12 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
This experience gives leaders a strong foundation in emotional intelligence as your leadership operating system. Through the EQ Impact® framework, we will introduce the Intent–Impact Gap™ the space between what they meant and what their team actually experienced. Using the EQ Impact® Framework and a guided activity, participants learn how to recognize emotional triggers, regulate their responses, and communicate with clarity.
