If you have an event that equips and catalyzes the Christian ecosystem of Greater Charlotte, we invite you to complete our partnership request form. On Sunday, May 17 at 3:00 PM, House of Light Church is hosting a screening of Jesus Was a Migrant, a powerful film produced by Tisby Media that explores themes of faith, migration, justice, and human dignity. The film’s director, Lauren Vernea, will be present for a live 30-minute Q&A discussion following the screening. Click here to view the trailer.
This event is designed to do more than inform—it aims to bring together diverse communities across faiths, cultures, and backgrounds to foster understanding, dialogue, and trust. We see this as a meaningful opportunity to center the voices and experiences of those directly affected while building bridges across our city.
