In today’s hustle-driven culture, rest can feel like something we have to earn–or worse, something to be ashamed of. But what if rest isn’t the enemy of productivity, but the foundation of it? This session invites you to take a fresh look at rest: why we avoid it, what it really means, and how it can actually help us perform better, think more clearly, and feel more grounded.
